Shipping policy

All orders are aimed to be dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm although some orders my take up-to 3 days to dispatch.

All orders will be shipped via a 24hr courier unless otherwise stated.

Your items may require a signature on delivery. If you decide to have your item delivered without a signature/leave in a safe place/leave with neighbour this is at the customers risk and Loony Juice UK will not be held financially liable for lost or stolen items.

For any international orders we cannot accept responsibility for items which are subsequently lost in transit overseas or for items which are held by customs. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check with their local governing authorities before placing an order.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide correct shipping details and select the correct shipping option, Loony Juice UK (the company) will not be held financially responsible if the consumer/buyer provides an incorrect shipping address and items are subsequently lost in transit. Loony Juice UK (the company) will not be held financially responsible if the incorrect shipping option is selected by the consumer/buyer.

By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions which are legally binding and agree that no refund will be provided under these circumstances.
